Non-greedy regex

nvim-spectre uses ripgrep by default, right?

Ripgrep works as expected when triggered from the zsh:

$ echo 'new Error(foo) new Error(bar)' | rg -o 'new Error\(.*\)'
new Error(foo) new Error(bar)
$ echo 'new Error(foo) new Error(bar)' | rg -o 'new Error\(.*?\)'
new Error(foo)
new Error(bar)

So why doesnt it work the same way in nvim-spectre? A bug maybe or is it just me being ignorant?

As I understand it's finding it. It's just plugin is not highlighting properly.
