[Bug report] cocoprep module not usable anymore

Describe the bug
We did not take care of moving the cocoprep module to the new installation procedures like we did for cocopp and cocoex. Without the now-outdated do.py, it is not possible to install the module anymore (or at least I don't know how to do).

A simple workaround is to checkout an older version of numbbo/coco. This should still give a recent version cocoprep.
