Improve the documentation

We can collect here all TODOs with regard to the COCO documentation.

General

• Add redirections from https://numbbo.github.io/coco/ to https://coco-platform.org (including subpages)
• Create new "buttons" for links (drop a shadow when hovering over buttons to make it more explicit that they are buttons) @ttusar
• A feature request by @CIGbalance: make the visualizations interactive
• Move ppdata archive and add redirections @brockho
• Unify the section levels across the site

Home

• Update the data flow chart @ttusar

Test suites

• Add performance comparison to each suite with a list of algorithms for each year @brockho
• Check that "ones" in line cut plots uses the star correctly (plots on the noisy test suite suggest this is not the case) @ttusar
• Change the lin-log plots so that they include the optimal point and the cross for the ones direction @ttusar
• Remove surface plots for dimensions larger than 2 @ttusar
