• add "Other" option for minimum and maximum Basis for age (Fraction).
• after "Other" is selected, the user is asked for the fraction in format integer:integer
• based on the entered "Other" value, the minimum and maximum ages are calculated in a similar way as with the preset values

Working on this in nowcommunity Project 4 (Iteration 25): add an “Other” option for min/max Basis for age (Fraction). When selected, prompt for fraction as integer:integer and compute min/max ages using that fraction similar to presets.

Implemented in draft PR #1128:

• Added “Other…” selection for Minimum/Maximum Basis for age (Fraction).
• When selected, prompts for custom fraction in format integer:integer and recalculates min/max age using the existing time-unit fraction calculation.

Root cause: fraction selection only supported a fixed preset list, so custom time-unit fractions were not possible.

Manual test plan:

• Open any Locality in edit mode
• Go to Age tab; set Dating method to Time unit (or Composite with time-unit basis enabled)
• Choose a Basis for age (Time Unit) for Minimum age
• In “Minimum fraction”, choose “Other…” and enter e.g. 2:7
• Verify Minimum age recalculates and the fraction value persists as 2:7
• Repeat for Maximum age / “Maximum fraction”
• Try invalid input like 2-7 or 0:3 and verify it is rejected with an error notification
