Summary

clockify project: VIVA COALA Phase III

• Enable the deletion of Assessments for SuperAdmins
• Add the "Creator" Attribute to Assessments
• Add and expose an Assessment ID (UUID separate from the DB UUID) in the front end UI
• Enable Assessment Creators to delete the assessments they have created.
• Stretch goal: Preview functionality before the assessment is "published"

SOW
Problems:

• Content contributors cannot verify their assessments displayed correctly before submission, leading to quality issues and rework.
• Instructors cannot identify or avoid assessments with quality issues, undermining trust in the platform's content.
• Administrators lack visibility into platform activity and cannot quickly respond to user needs or content issues (they cannot take action on content issues).
• Instructors struggle to find relevant assessments when browsing large result sets or image-heavy content, making the platform difficult to use efficiently.
• Users have no clear way to contact platform administrators regarding specific issues, especially assessment quality, making overall methods for platform management opaque and ambiguous.

Solution Focus:

• Deletion and associated permissions (Sprint 1)
  • Storage of “Creator” attribute (also needed for reporting)
• Expose / enable search by Question ID (Sprint 2)
• Pagination for large result sets (Sprint 2)
• Messaging and alerting administrators regarding specific questions or subjects (Sprint 2)
