Improve Webpage Style

• One kind of login style for both lawyers and users
• Indication on whether the current user is a lawyer or a normal user
• Remove [Go To LawyerProfile] from from Lawyer Card in Profile Page
• Page to show newsletters once they are clicked on
• Also add functionality like hover: and focus to improve responsiveness of website
• Add page that has a collection of govt. schemes
