Linux GUI theme download links

There's a few themes these dotfiles use, but the themes are hosted on a platform that doesn't make it easy to curl them down to automate installing it and they are not available on the AUR.

I'm mirroring them here so the dotfiles install script can download and install them directly. The only thing I've done is change the file type from xz to zip so GitHub allows uploading it.

For now I'm using this method as the least complicated way to host a zip file since I didn't want to include them in version control. I've opened an issue with the theme author at Fausto-Korpsvart/Tokyonight-GTK-Theme#95 to see if they are open to creating GitHub releases so they can be directly accessed there. All credit is theirs, thanks for making them!
