Add the composer.lock

Please add the compose.lock in repo so that it can be fast during installing package.

It will be, but later when we will work on a .phar system.

Plus, the actual composer.json only require PHP. Other package are only for dev tools.

Hi @soullivaneuh. You're right. The phar system is more important than adding the composer.lock.
