CI: possible stochastic error in Cram test

The CI run directly after completed successfully.

This looks like some mixing between stderr (+ realpath …) and stdout (/nextstrain/… lines). Usually it goes the other way where stderr is immediate and there is a delay in stdout due to buffer, but in this case it's the opposite (maybe due Docker-specific handling of the two streams). In any case, we can run the bash command with 2>&1 to make it deterministic.
