I’d like to request adding a new open-access EM dataset from Etsin to our data server.

Proposed dataset name: rat-axon-uef-sem.

For permissions, please grant access to AxonDeepSeg (ADS) members only.

Hi @yolaatar! For the permissions, the usual default is that everyone at the lab has "read" access, but only the people directly working on it get added as collaborators with "write" access. Is that what you mean?

(It's also possible to restrict read access to only some lab members, for very private datasets, but this is an open-access dataset.)

Yes, we’d like to keep this dataset private (read/write restricted to AxonDeepSeg members only) even though it's an open-access dataset.

Update: after some Slack discussion yesterday, we decided that the simplest way is for @yolaatar to create the repo in his private user space on data.neuro.polymtl.ca, and that he can add the AxonDeepSeg members as collaborators. Feel free to close this issue when this is done.
