Gave it a shot at editing the textfsm file btu could not get this working.

I don't see Admin State: Up in the code block above.

Could you double check the output and provide the entire sh int for the interface?

Is the issue only affecting tunnel interfaces on NXOS? (still will get fixed)

I fixed it above..
Tested on IOS (show interface with a tunnel interface configured) and it worked fine

Tested on EOS and it failed (arista_eos_show_interfaces)

I decided to test a VxLAN DC on NXOS as it will have an NVE interface... That fails too (same cisco_nxos_show_interface as original issue)
