Feasibility Study Naftiko’s IDP

As a developer i want to evaluate the feasibility, scope, and expected impact of introducing an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) inspired by Naftiko’s approach.
The goal is to identify whether a lightweight, incremental platform effort (rather than a full-scale implementation) can reduce developer friction, improve productivity, and address current engineering pain points.
