Terminal doesn't retain monitor position when closed and reopened

Issue

When closing the terminal and reopening it, the window does not remember which monitor it was on. It opens on a different monitor than where it was last closed.

Expected

Terminal should reopen on the same monitor where it was last closed.

Actual

Terminal opens on a different monitor, requiring manual repositioning every time.
