See master...chumakd:master (chumakd/scratch.vim appears to be most comprehensive right now)
In particular, mtth/scratch.vim still seems to have the Winleave vs WinLeave bug (chumakd@1609acd) and the :bdelete bug (chumakd@c87fe72).
