What happened to the pretty HTML output?

Some versions had a green-tinted HTML page, I think using tailwindcss?
Barnard had this in its docker registry; it's exported to `~/css.tar` to be inspected.
Check the git history for the introduction and subsequent removal of CSS - did we do that?
If not, the CSS version has been lost somewhere - can't find it on any machine.
