Run tests in node

Before we can fully claim nodejs support, we should run tests in node.

• create test-wrapple-node.js
• update buster.js with a node configuration, loading the node test-wrapple-node.js file
• ensure that scripts/run-tests runs tests in both node and phantomjs
• ensure that travis runs tests in node 0.10.x, 0.12.x, 4.x
