I just came across your nice preprint. In the section "Cell line annotation and detection of doublets and ambient RNA in single-cell and single-nucleus data", it is stated that cell barcodes were annotated with the most likely cell line from which that cell originated. However, looking at GEO, the supplementary materials, and this github, I cannot seem to find these annotations.
This is a very useful dataset! It would be even more useful if the barcodes were annotated with their cell line of origin! Hopefully these can be provided. Thanks a lot!
