Messages of 65522 bytes cause the logging engine to fail #3
Description
When sending logs over 65522 bytes in size. the logging engine fails and does not recover.
Lauch should never fail to send logs on. It should the responsibility of the downstream log collection to dictate the rules they enforce.
When the logging engine fails, this will cause STDOUT and STDERR for the application to block on IO once the buffer is full.
