Debug toolbar not displayed on Mac - FireFox, Safari, Chrome

Debug toolbar is not getting displayed in any browser on Mac. I have tested it with latest commit on master bbf5934. However it works fine if I switch back to previous commit 8fbdfb3.

With latest master bbf5934 If I view sources in browser I can only see <link rel="s" at the bottom and no body and html ending tags

That sounds really weird. Sadly that sendHeaders from that commit must be included, because otherwise user-sessions break.

Anyway, we kind of need another way to attach the Toolbar to the output without overriding the RequestHandler.
Sadly my latest attempts were'nt that successfull.

I'll try to dig into this again, until then i think you should try to use the commit that works for you.

i see the toolbar on my mac ... do you have a broken closing body tag?
