Radio and ril problem/question

I want talk about the baseband and weak 3g signal. We live outside of china and don't know how is the law for baseband emission and power but in other country the signal is lower than low-end smartphone like my acer liquid mini and many other. My question is Xiaomi have a chance to release a baseband with much power for other country (if you don't know xiaomi mi2/s is a best buy in other country like nexus 4)? We already know is impossible (maybe) add the 900mhz band because the amplificator chip don't have it, but at least an update (nexus 4 have the same chip M9615A and have an update version) for better enjoy our phone outside of china. You can release a version only in the github for dev and for someone want try without break the law in china (if is the problem) and pass any certification.

np, so this is a generic mitwo problem. I also have a low signal where other phones have full.

sadly isn't only a problem of mi2. M1 and M2A have the same issue.

The problem is that I have no/low signal when my phone should have 50-90%(I live in germany).
I don't know if it's a problem of the baseband or if it is a hardware issue.

NP, the problem is the phone have weak signal in 3g. With other my phone like Acer liquid mini, Htc sensation, Htc one x and Samsung galaxy s3 have -95 db and with mi2 i'm stuck to -105 db. This situation compromise the call and data speed and for recover i had to use airplane mod.

PS i'm in italy and i'm not only one who complains the signal.

PPS2 in xiaomi someone read the bug tread on en.miui.com? because many users report various problem and don't have a solution from xiaomi

Thanks for the consideration finally we have someone to talk about the problem of our phone. For MIUI problem we have 3 big bug RTL language (but if you see on xda or en.miui.com we already solved the problem but for strange reason xiaomi doesen't fixed the poblem), magnifier ( setting->language and input->Show magnifier) don't work with third party keyboard (like swiftkey and many other doesen't move the cursor in the words) and TTS google problem (is solved by me and is located in libpatts_engine_jni_api.so). 2 on 3 is solved from the user we only ask to implement in the miui code.
