Change the permission of folders #9

Dear friend, I want to change the permission of the folder "/private/var/mobile/Library/Carrier Bundles/Overlay", how can I do with your FileManager? Or is there any other ways to change the permission with the CVE-2022-46689 issue? Thanks for your help.
