Add prestige, unlock requirements and breaketernity.js to incrustmental

It will be awesome if the creator added prestige layers to incrustmental where the player needs an certain amount of money to prestige.

prestige will reset all products and money of that previous layer and unlock new permanent upgrades for the player to buy.

also, it will be cool if the creator adds unlock requirements for upgrades, products and etc.

Also, once again, it will be great if the creator of incrustmental putted breaketernity.js to format large numbers with ease.

If I'm understanding what's desired correctly, there's 3 features here:

1. Add prestige API for managing resets and special perks (probably needs some discussion)
2. Add some kind of achievable goal to unlock an upgrade, product, other API
3. Add an API for handling orders of magnitude and very large numbers in display

Unfortunately, I don't have much time to work on that currently, but if you make a PR I'll take a look.

Also, about 2. - we already have Conditions and Relation. They can be used (and if needed extended) to achieve that purpose.

My questions were along this line - I don't know if I can implement 1 without a better understanding of the perks system, but for 3, I will see if I can come up with a port of breaketernity or at least implement something that can do what it does. I have done something like this before, but it was in Swift, maybe some of it will translate.

All that said to say, this is probably better suited as 3 issues, which I'll gladly break it apart if @Blazindude365 will allow me to do so, using the 3 features I listed above.
