Make loading of syntax highlighting and keybindings optional.

There's a lot in Limp that's tailored to my specific needs, but not necessarily the needs of others'. Keys and colors is one such thing.

These part should be an optional configuration you can tell Limp to use when entering Limp-mode (i.e. a Lisp buffer) in Vim.
