Sandbox icon is not vertically aligned and could be better

We use the lock icon to indicate that a shell was run in a sandbox.
I like having some UI decoration but:
a) Not sure if lock is the best one. Not sure if it should be Icon or "sandbox" text
b) It is not vertically aligned with terminal icon

@mrleemurray starting with you - but feel free to assign back. I am also happy to provide more context.

Here's how to repro

1. Set chat.tools.terminal.sandbox.enabled: true
2. Open some repo, tell agent "use git commands to get latest in this repo"

Maybe even better would be to tweak the terminal icon to be special.

We need an icon to reflect terminal call, but in a safe enviroment. So most likely some variation of our current terminal icon.
