Repro Steps:

1. Connect to Azure Container registry.
2. F1 -> Azure Container Registry: Build Image in Azure... -> Select image and Tag -> Select "Azure" -> Select a subscription.
3. Check whether there is a "+ Create new Azure Container Registry..." in "Select registry" option.

Expect:
There is a "+ Create new Azure Container Registry..." in "Select registry" option.

Actual:
There is no "+ Create new Azure Container Registry..." in "Select registry" option.

I can repro. Not a blocker for 2.2.0 though.

Looks like pushImage is utilizing CreatePickAcrPromptStep, but scheduleRunRequest is just using basic registryExperience.
