Reduce Copilot weight

Now that we have increased the status bar codicon size from 14px to 16px I keep noticing how the 🐸 icon looks out of place, very large with heavy strokes:

I wonder if we can also revisit all 🐸 icons and variations to adhere more to the new style?

I agree - @davidhosejr reached out to the GitHub team with a proposed lighter version, but they don't want brand icons with new styles being available to anyone on the web as usage enforcement is a big headache for the team:

A couple of alternatives are:

• making the existing codicon 🐸 smaller
• come up with a new icon for chat stats (this would help our purge of the 🐸 from the UI)
• replace with another existing codicon

@mrleemurray yeah I agree specifically to start exploring an alternate icon we can use. It would need to support the decorations as well, but I am happy to start talking and exploring this.
