[FEATURE REQUEST] distinct on fields

.distinct("some_field") fails because it says SQLServer doesn't suport it.

Can there be a push for SQLServer to support this, and in turn mssql-django it seems like an operation Django devs use pretty often.

Is this limitiation with mssql-django, ODBC or MSSQL itself ?

django.db.utils.NotSupportedError: DISTINCT ON fields is not supported by this database backend

As far as I can tell MSSQL looks like it can do .distinct on a single column, which is somewhat useful, but not as much as being able to use multiple colums.

Any updates on this? Seems sort of weird that a fundamental feature like this is lagging behind other database engines. Out of curiosity, is it complicated to add this? Or is there simply not enough resources to tackle this?
