node_modules folder is missing in code

came here from microsoft doc but node_modules folder is missing in this repo

This has nothing to do with the bar chart, and I doubt that you'll find a repo on github with a node_modules folder. This folder can be over 100MB in size.

Type npm i in your console to install all dependencies.
