Not working, not creating registry entry

It isn't creating the registry key path on install or open like it should, but somehow it is retaining my custom monitor config (including numerical values). Where is this being stored?

The program itself isn't working. It has the Stop button clickable, but as soon as I click it, it gets greyed out.
The hook program appears to start on its own and then die a few seconds later (presumably crashing silently).

For me it worked to first press on Stop, then Apply.

I've tried everything. The service just doesn't work on this particular computer. Works on my other computer though.
