GUI: Bug enter button at threshold selection

when adding a threshold (Record Linkage / parameters / THRESHOLD MATCHING or UNMATCHING), if you press the enter key on the keyboard, it is not saved.

Hello,
I have troubles to modify thresholds (the matching and unmatching thresholds).
It is possible to type something a first time, and to save it.

But it is impossible to modify it after that. The button save does not work, and if I press enter key, the value previously typed disappears.
