REQUEST: 101 style trigger per step sequencer

This would make the Performer a real live performing machine.
For example:
Each of the 4 CV inputs can be used to make a track advance one step per trigger.
So each track can be assigned to one of the 4 inputs.
The Midiphy and the SH-101 sequencer uses this and it's a crazy method to make your sequencer sync with live drummers for example.
Would it be difficult to implement this feature?
