[Sync script] Confirm download and croissant features working as expected through syncs

May need some investigation and potential fixes in sync script to ensure downloadType column is preserved in next dataset table sync, and that dataset versioning is behaving as expected to surface the croissant metadata button on dataset cards, as expected.
