Rename project to `maxcover`

Hello, this project looks nice but I would suggest to use a better name aligned with the creator name: maxgio92 + xcover = maxcover.

@alegrey91 I'd propose something like massimilianogiovagnolicover. It should fit in ARG_MAX - why so many Max?
