[MAV_CMD](https://github.com/mavlink/mavlink/blob/master/message_definitions/v1.0/common.xml#L1082) are being generated as a enum, but it should be generating as well, somehow, the [fields/parameters](https://github.com/mavlink/mavlink/blob/master/message_definitions/v1.0/common.xml#L1086) for each MAV_CMD.
