Failure in "Merge coverage tracks" of callsnpsMerge

This has happened twice, once on a single sample on FCHMK53BGXV in winter 2025, another time on two samples on FCHHLKKBGYW on 3/21/25. Error does not recur when redoing same job.

I will start looking into this.
It might be due to modules not working well together (https://unix.stackexchange.com/a/653452)

Adding module purge to the submit script before loading modules might fix it if it's a module that the user has loaded.
Otherwise, I will narrow it down to the module that causes the issue.

Update from HPC:
The ucscutils/398 module conflicts with the r/4.4.1 module.
