feat: dashboard - municipalities served by pt line

• This is task 25
• By choosing a pt line, one can see in the dashboard all the zones/municipalities served by this line in the form of a bar chart
• Filter by time in 15min bins
• Filter by origin or destination or both, i.e., we can show the municipalities served as the origin of the trips that use the specific line(s)
• Filter by purpose of the trip
• Create a possibility to select multiple lines and plot the above
