Any watermark makes tabs unresponsive and fails to load their content #1014

Describe the bug
I'm supplying createWatermarkComponent from an updateOptions call. It was not previously supplied. I do this right after creating the dockview component (I needed to wait until it existed first).

Regardless how simple the component provided is (it can even be display: none;) the X button on tabs is unresponsive to click, and the tabs do not load any content, as soon as this is provided. I'm not sure why they don't display content, but I noticed dv-watermark-container is set to position: absolute and top: 0px. So that means the watermark container covers the tabs.

I am not providing a custom tab component. I would expect it to be positioned relative to root with top: 18px or whatever the height of that tab bar is, so that I can use it cleanly. I don't know if this aspect of the issue would have anything to do with loading content.

Expected behavior
The watermark should be displayed only when no panel is active. And the panels should be responsive and their content should load. Also, the watermark should not overlap the tab bar.

Screenshots
The watermark text "A" overlaps the tab bar:
