Message broker router

A part of [the callback for the RPC server](https://github.com/materials-marketplace/python-sdk/blob/0dfbe426696c620287aa538a1a8dd6efc5d90e11/examples/rpc_server.py#L8) could be generalized by the SDK by implementing a router that invokes the correct function according to the input endpoint.
