Expand parameters for MDMDIAGNOSTICSTOOL.EXE

Please include at minimum, this parameter for mdmdiagnosticstool.exe: -area Autopilot;TPM;DeviceProvisioning
Service Hub Support always asks for a separate cab file along with the ODC logs which creates unnecessary duplication of effort.

This can even be automated to read the registry all possible areas under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MdmDiagnostics\Area and dynamically build a parameter to include all possible areas.
