Broken for phpBB 3.2.2?

I installed this extension on my phpBB 3.2.2 but when i press edit it duplicate the edit form:

I'm using vesion from this github, what may cause this? And can it be fixed?

I cannot reproduce this in phpBB3.2.9 with standard prosilver.

Maybe your style is the problem.

That's the one I already use. the problem seems to be linked to an extension called "Calendar in posting" I found here: https://reyno41.bplaced.net/phpbb/viewtopic.php?p=231#p231
