Provide documentation in README file

We have to add documentation in ```README``` file about:

1. How to run the container.
1. List of supported modules.
1. How to override rsyslog configuration.
1. Invoke ```lognormalizer```.
1. Invoke ```mmdblookup```.
1. Add aknowledgements to other repositories.
