Where to find VsixManifestGenerator

Hi Mads,

I couldn't find the VsixManifestGenerator custom tool that you are using for your extensions. I guess it is your own invention.

1. Is it possible to get it somewhere?
2. Theoretically, would it be possible to replace with T4 template? I would be glad to contribute.
