Web Base file access

I have allowed and my firewall is not blocking application and pop window is open after click on attached file but it did not show actual file but showing these error as below

This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
