Display some hits info as they are found

As an Engineer Running the CVE Scanner
I want to be informed of indicators of vulnerability or compromise as soon as the scan finds them
So that I can begin investigating while the scan continues

Notes:

- Depending on the nature of the IoCs/IoVs, the number of files in the directory, an the comuting power of the machine running the csan, the scan can take "quite a while" to complete.
