Allow pausing and resuming within a single recording session.

Details

• Press hotkey once to start, again to pause, again to resume, long-press (or different shortcut) to finish
• Accumulate all segments into one transcription
• Useful for composing longer text with thinking pauses

Why

Current toggle mode is all-or-nothing. Pause/resume lets users compose longer text in chunks without triggering multiple separate transcriptions.
