Can yalign be used for other language pairs? If so, are there any instructions for how those language models are setup?

Hello, I am also using this tool for aligning texts from English and Chinese wikipedia. However, I found it's quite difficult to get or geneate a phrase table of my own. I'm wondering if you could help me get the Chinese dictionary(phrase table). Many thanks for your kindly help! Erik Chan (@echan00)
