[BUG] New Window Dialog Creates Window on Wrong Virtual Desktop

Description

Pressing the hotkey Win+Shift+E correctly displays the new window dialog. However, the new window is created on the same virtual desktop as an existing window rather than the current virtual desktop.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open OneCommander.
2. Switch to another virtual desktop.
3. Press Win+Shift+E
4. Select an existing saved window.
5. The new window is created on the original virtual desktop.

If this situation doesn't happen the first time, try again or move to another virtual desktop.

Expected Behavior

The new window created by the Win+Shift+E new window dialog should be created on the current virtual desktop.
