list index out of range

Hello,
I wanted to use the automapper for a crosslinking project using lammps. In the cleaning step I faced this error saying "list index out of range". Is there any reasons why this error shows up and how can I correct it. Thankyou.

Trying to delete all blank lines and comment lines in the coeff file may help.
If you use the write_coeff command, the last line is also a blank lines.
