Baubles not retaining on death with Spectre Anchor

This is for 1.12.2-4.2.7.4 version of RT I reviewed the code it looks like it could be an issue with Event Priority. This issue is for the FTB Interactions Remastered Modpack FTBTeam/FTB-Modpack-Issues#11999
