[Feat]: Progress Circle Component - New Property

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the progress circle component only has the value property which controls the progress and also acts as a label for the component. There is no possibility to use a custom label.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a new property called "label" which would allow to set a custom display label.
